A child’s illness does not arrive as a list. It arrives as a flare in March, a lab drawn in June, a medication started the following winter — spread across hundreds of pages and several health systems.
Lumina is learning to look across the whole timeline of one child and surface the patterns that are actually in it, each one brought back with its source attached so a clinician can check it in seconds. It is a second reader, not a second opinion: it proposes, and a clinician judges. Nothing it shows is invented.
Guided history capture
The specialist asks the specific questions the case turns on. The parent answers in their own words, with their records alongside. Years of hard-won observation become dated, structured history instead of a story retold at every visit.
Symptom tracking over time
Log episodes and severity as they happen, so a flare can be seen on a timeline rather than remembered under pressure in a fifteen-minute appointment.
A per-condition workup view
What this condition's workup calls for, what already has results on file, and what is still outstanding. Reviewed by a clinician before it is used.
Follow a request through to a decision
Move a request forward step by step and see where it stands at any moment, so the state of every authorization lives in the case rather than in your head or on a whiteboard.
